The Coulee Region Joint Municipal Court processes city ordinance and traffic citations issued by the Police Departments for the City of Onalaska, Villages of Bangor, Holmen, Rockland and West Salem, and the Towns of Campbell and Shelby. If defendants contest the charges, this Court decides the outcome. Additionally, the Municipal Court Clerk's Office supervises citation payments. Delinquent accounts will result in the issuance of driver's license suspensions, arrest warrants and certification of outstanding debt with the Department of Revenue for tax intercept.
