Employment Application Select this application if you have never been employed by the City of Onalaska or are responding to a full-time employment position posting.Re-Employment Application Select this application if you have been employed by the City of Onalaska as a seasonal, limited term employee within the past three years.
Please follow the 5 steps listed below to correctly fill out your Application.

- You can now use your computer to enter text into the application forms. This allows for a quicker and more accurate process of your application. Open the Application, move the cursor to the text areas or check boxes and enter the needed text. Once the Application is completed, print it.
- Fill out a separate application for each job unless otherwise directed in the job announcement. If you have not reviewed the job announcement, click on the "Available Positions" button in the Employment Section of this web site. Applications WILL NOT be accepted unless there is a job posting for that position.
- Sign the application and enclosures(s).
- Return the application in person or by mail to the Human Resources Office, City Hall, 415 Main Street, Onalaska, WI 54650 unless otherwise directed in the announcement.
