The meeting of the Community Development Authority of the City of Onalaska was called to order at 1:06 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2006.  It was noted that the meeting had been announced and a notice posted at City Hall.

Roll call was taken, with the following members present:  Mayor Jim Bialecki, Ald. Mike Giese, Ald. Jim Olson, Ald. Diane Oldani Wulf, Ald. Gary Gonczy, Ald. Clarence Stellner, Ald. Kim Smith, Michael Uss, George Osterhout, City Clerk Cari Burmaster, Finance Director Fred Buehler, Land Use & Development Director Jason Gilman, and Omni Center Director Tom Hammill. 
Ann Brandau, Bill Leathen, and Steve Christianson were absent.

Motion by Ald. Gonczy, second by Ald. Olson, of the appointment and oath of office for Dr. Michael Uss and Steve Christianson to serve on the Community Development Authority.  On voice vote, motion carried.

US Hockey League Presentation. 

Motion by Ald. Stellner, second by Ald. Gonczy, to refer back to the CDA board.
On voice vote, motion carried.

There being no further business to discuss motion by Ald. Stellner, second by Ald. Giese, to adjourn.  On voice vote motion carried.
